Tierra Sagrada: Meeting on Wed that we need to prepare for. 1) Need more business plan details 2) Facebook Account (dienke) - Facebook Cover In Canva - (Crystal) - Posts 3) competitive analysis of other booking businesses 4) can also manage their houses online 5) Take Notes - Put In Canva Presentation - Identify how we will work with the home owners - both the booking & management 6) Need to have roles in the system - example whoes role is it to clean the house, to meet the guests, ect 7) Lots of bullet points - less words

Each dog deserves to be loved and cherished - this means making sure that the dogs are not only rescued- but that they are also provided with the medical & nutritional attention they deserve- and then helping place these dogs into homes where they will continue to get the care they need.

The heart of this project is to protect the indigenous way of life as well as to protect flora, fauna, and wildlife. Let’s leave a legacy together!

We are creating a booking company - similar to Air-B-N-B, but with a twist.
That twist is not just a twist.
First it is an unraveling - you know those huge fees and taxes that Air-B-N-B chargers - whether you are a homeowner or traveler - one thing we can also all agree upon - is that we do not like all of those extra chargers.
So the first thing we are doing - unraveling finances from going to big corporations - going to businesses trying to suck every last drop of dinero out of users on both ends of the game.
The next thing we are then doing - is twisting funds around community projects making a difference - we are helping to support and hold up - the heart of Lake Atitlan - the projects that are helping to save and preserve the land, the culture, the humans, and the animals of Atitlan.
