We dont need him there but he can trigger an upgrade at that time to grab some recent fixes.

For our Tues call I would like to ask specific questions, including configuring the look of the UI and hiding files with errors. Also, if you've made the necessary changes, ingest the spreadsheet I provided to see how that populates.

Files inside folders named "Avid MediaFiles" should be hidden". This would apply to .mxf with no video attached. After Prior Media is ingested there will be no more files like this ingested into eMedia.

Feel encouraged that IT wants to find a way to keep things moving forward. This will take some time for them to sort out and I'll let you know when I hear anything and set up a meeting with you and the proper TAE personnel.
In the meantime, we can use the time Tuesday to go over the spreadsheet for ingest so I can get those prepared... and hope the conversions continue, no matter how slow.

Hi Christopher. While testing proxy conversions, the cloud icon on the far left of the screen is still spinning after 3 hours. (3 small clips totaling 100Mb and less than 10 sec in duration.) Is there anything I can do to stop this process before our call Thurs at 10am? We have a lot of other things to get through during Andrew's last session with us.

I finally got around to collecting media files to upload for your proxy tests, and the https://template11.entermediadb.org/hub/find/views/modules/asset/add/start.html link you gave me does not work. I logged in just fine, but selecting a folder or individual files did not work on 2 different browsers on 2 different computers. Please let me know another way to get you these files. They total 1.76gb.

We did couple of tests, Andrew could not assist so server did not get latest version, so folder style Primary Media was not visible for him.
He found that with new ingestion there are no Primary assigned to entities, I think is related to an ingestion issue with the sourcepaths, this is how they got ingested

He found that with new ingestion there are no Primary assigned to entities, I think is related to an ingestion issue with the sourcepaths, this is how they got ingested

I just tested the emubuntu and its working right. Lets me try the entermedia image now

Docker image got broken, the ffirst build took like 1 hour then the entermeda build (in the hub) took like 1.5 hrs, it is finishing ok, and when rebuild (or create new instance) it is saying:

Found the issue in PRN, it was a multilayer TIFF file, preset needs the layer=flatten Parameter, it was not set in the preset they are using, so I set it up in the INT server, tested and works ok, notified her and they should tell us if their tests are ok so we can apply it to Prod.
It is a 360mb file so it took some time to deal with.

I'm trying to use encode & decode on the URL in the search bar, found that some characters breaks the Search. velocity macro #uuencode seems to work, but I can't find a way to decode

Not sure why in demo the "editrecordstatus" field was marked as "keyword" so it was included in the All Fields (description). It was making a mess in the search results, fixed in the Template.

Showed them Search Results new Layout and Favorites, results at:
-Top search taking 10-15 seconds to complete, sometimes times-out. We need to figure it out about Search Performance
-Saved (Favorites) screen, did not shown in their server. It is all tested locally and in Demo, works ok, I'm going to review any permission.
-Art doesnt like a lot the Top bar and the Upload Btn next to it, feels like they are not related.
-Also he suggests maybe add a title to the filters and if possible make more evident the Top Search is a "Global Search"

-We reviewed a Hotl Folder empty it was not reading assets, verified permisisons, hotfolder scheduler and all, I think it is an issue with the "name.old", Andrew is verifying.

Remove 2 seconds limit on video conversions, also review the thumbnail creation it should be hardcoded to the 02 second

-Meet Andrew, scroll in the background still happening (it happens when long list of assets + long list of filters) so I know hot to reproduce it
-We also discover the "gap" that transparent ~2pixels bar appears when scroll, it is happening only in his PC, we went to Screen config in windows and he has enabled a 125% zoom in the screen at the OS level, this zoom is not related to the Browser zoom, once that is disabled, the gap is gone. I'll investigate a way to reproduce it locally or I can ask my son later today his laptop to connect the big screen and see if I can figure it out.

On friday I finished fixing bunch of actions related to Media Tab, but there are more to fix, I created a list to check them all, since we are using generic components usually fixing one thing breaks the other, so I-m taking this as a checklist
Actions to test in 3 scenarios: Media Module, Media Tab (Entities Dialog), Entity tables:

-Sorting Columns

-Switch results view (table, grid, gallery)
-Pagination, go to page

-Add, remove, re-organize columns
